Six years ago today Jeremy and I were married. The time has gone so quickly. One of my favorite things about being married to Jeremy is that he truly knows me better than anyone. Better than my parents, better than my brother or sister, better than my kids, better than my closest friends. He knows me so well that he can tell what I'm thinking before I say anything and can understand a look at first glance. We truly enjoy each others company and cherish our daily routines together. He is my best friend and I'm so lucky to love and be loved so much. It's hard to think that you can love your groom more than the day you are married but it really is only the beginning. I thank God for blessing our marriage and our family. I feel so honored to be Mrs. Jeremy Webster.

You want a what?

Yesterday Caleb said to me, "Mom, I want a nutrition at our house."
"You want a what?" I inquired.
"You know, a nutrition......uh......nude-ition."
"What's that honey? I don't know what you mean."
"Like at Nana's house when we roast marshmallows everytime."
"Oh! A Tradition!"
"Yeah, nudition!"
"Tra- tra-dition. It starts with a "t"." I told him. "We have a tradition. Every year we put up our Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving."
He said."That's not a tradition."
"Yes it is"
"It's not a good one."
"Sorry."

*I think he was trying to get marshmallows out of me. Nice try.

Simple Things In Life

James loves to empty everything out and put it all back. This kept him entertained for at least 30 min. Check it out.

It's Over

Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day; it's ALL over. I always feel a little relief when January finally comes. However, I truely enjoyed the holiday season. I love my family and dearest friends and I feel so blessed to share my life and the lives of my boys with each one of them. Kevin was home for a week at Christmas which always makes our Christmas complete. It's always hard to say goodbye though. We're holding our breath in hopes that he'll move west very soon. (Go west young man!) =) Julie is going to finish her last semester of Bible College in Spain. She leaves Feb.1st and I'm going to miss her. I'm excited that she has this opportunity. She will, without a doubt, get the bug and this will only be the beginning of her travels. However, I hope that one day our family can all live close to each other again. I'd settle for the same state. =) I'm excited to see what this new year brings. On with 2008!

1st Birthday

James turned one on Nov. 16th. He didn't get a huge party like his older brother. I really didn't think I'd be the kind of Mom that does everything for the first child and then nothing for the rest. So I feel like I need to defend myself with all my excuses. Well, it's 6 days before Thanksgiving and I figured that it's a bit redundant to get the family all together for a celebration twice in one week. We have 4 birthdays in my family in November and it's just easier to celebrate them all together. We DID sing to James on his birthday and he got to have some carrot cake. He just ate the frosting. I took a few pictures to prove we celebrated so that when he is old enough to see that his brother got a party, he won't feel too left out.

Circus

We were given last minute free tickets to the Circus at Arco Arena. We went on Saturday and it was great. It was our nephew's birthday so we brought him as well. It is pretty amazing what they can train the animals to do. It was a 2 hr show and the kids loved it. This was just one event in our busy schedule this past weekend.
